Government
The Grand Duchy is a hereditary constitutional monarchy, with a Grand Duke as head of state. However, the constitution vests sovereignty in the people. The unicameral legislature, called the Chamber of Deputies, has 60 members, who are directly elected. The prime minister is head of government. Most governments are coalitions. All citizens aged 18 or older are required to vote in national elections.
